We're specialists in the cutting of boards and sheet material; especially if you want MDF cut to size & fast! We have invested in a Scheer Production Beam Saw, coupled with some exceptional programme software to enable us to optimise your cutting list, to minimise waste per sheet. Each and every panel is then cut within 0.1mm accuracy.

Our saw can cut sheet sizes up to 3.3m wide x 3.3m long with a maximum cutting height of 90mm. It is built with 2 blades, 1 specifically designed to cut the under side of the panel, with this, our experience and quality control, we can ensure that all our panels are chip free.

We stock a range of sheet material which includes standard MDF, moisture resistant MDF, realwood veneered boards and furniture grade Melamine Faced Chipboard. Unlike many suppliers we stock board thicknesses and sizes which are uncommon to the regular user. For example - 15mm MDF, 22mm MDF and oversized boards.

Due to the relationship we have with our suppliers we are able to order virtually any type of panel available to the UK market and have it delivered and cut within 1-3 days

Our preferred supplier of MDF is Medite. Medite has been producing MDF boards in Europe since 1976. We feel from a furniture manufactures point of view, this brand out performs all of its other competitors.

We stock many sizes and thicknesses of MDF boards: 2mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 22mm and 25mm thick boards. If we do not have a particular size in stock we can order it in for you.

Our preferred supplier of MFC is Egger. Egger has been producing MFC boards since 1961. We find the integrity of the chipboard to be very good. The quality of the board means that we have less damage and chipping when we cut them. Egger has a vast range of colours in their collection and the boards are often quick for us to source.

We also carry high quality Plywood for when you require that additional strength in a board or panel. If you need a board with good weather durability then we highly recommend the use of marine ply. don't forget you can submit your cutting lists directly to us through our new online cutting list system.
